My ambitious mindset helped me reach all of my career goals, except I was always going through burnout cycles..,

My definition of success was winning the Emerging Leader Award, being the youngest team member leading my department for a $200M food plant and working for global companies.

If you had called me a workaholic 4 years ago - you’d be very right. I was making 6 figures and reached all of my career goals. But I still felt unfulfilled, unhappy and empty on the inside.

On top of that, I was constantly stressed and couldn’t switch my work off. This led me to various complications:

  • constant weight gain

  • always on the edge

  • hair loss & severe acne

  • poor relationships with my loved ones

I thought it was just a seasonal thing until it kept happening frequently. It was a constant battle in which I couldn’t find a sustainable solution to.

Honestly, it was taking a toll on my life and I decided to switch everything off and go on a trip to Italy. While on my trip, I woke up with space in my life—to just live, take care of myself, and be present with loved ones—I felt a happiness no amount of career climbing had ever brought me.

So then and there I decided: I would learn everything I could to keep putting myself first. And the transformation I experienced became the impetus for B Well: to help other driven women too to live their most fulfilling life ever.

It took me months of research to find a sustainable solution of having a fulfilling career, making bank while having a healthy body, mind, emotions and spirit. And as a women’s health & wellness coach, that’s the journey I want to share with you. Are you ready?

Putting yourself first means not bringing work back home and nourishing your primary and secondary food. I’ll be honest, it’s not going to be an easy journey initially. Why? Because you are not used to prioritizing yourself.

When I shifted to living and practicing the B well Method, I felt so much more alive and productive than I ever had before. And that’s when it clicked for me that for women to achieve success, this was the real path.

For whatever stage you feel you’re at in your career, personal life, and wellness journey, that’s where we’ll start. Through either my 3-month or 6-month coaching program, I’ll work with you 1:1 with a fully customized plan that focuses on your bio-individuality.

As a food scientist and a certified integrative nutrition health coach, I’ve mastered the art of living it the Ikigai way. Utilizing my six-sigma green belt experience, your personal program will start with deep-diving into the root cause of your multi-dimensional health.
